The Project, as proposed by the Applicant, encompasses rebuilding approximately 36 miles of existing linear transmission line infrastructure generally within its 100-foot-wide right-of-way (ROW) between the existing Southwestern Station and Lawton Eastside Station, in Caddo and Comanche counties, Oklahoma.
