The purpose of this revision is to amend project scope. Due to a loss of funding, the underground fuel storage tanks at MFC and CFA will not be removed. Two new aboveground fuel storage tanks will be installed. The underground fuel storage tanks will be temporary closed and not permanently closed. There will be no sampling or site assessments performed if only placing the existing underground fuel storage tanks in temporary closure status.
