Western Area Power Administration (WAPA) proposes to construct a new substation at the intersection of the Dave Johnston - Stegall transmission line and Torrington - Wildcat transmission line near the town of Torrington. In addition to the substation, Western plans to rebuild approximately 7 miles of transmission line from the existing Torrington transmission line to new mentioned substation. Western will install transmission poles and acquire a 100 foot strip of property to complete the project. This CX supersedes the previous CX for project 2013-019, originally signed 10/24/2014.
