The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) is proposing to provide funding to Colorado State University (CSU) to produce cadmium telluride (CdTe) based solar cells using a novel doping method to increase cell voltage and improve cell efficiency. The project would be completed over two Budget Periods (BPs), with a Go/No-Go Decision Point in between each BP.
