The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) is proposing to provide funding to Northern Pueblos Housing Authority (NPHA) for the Pueblo of Picuris Community Solar System Phase II. This project consists of design, permitting, construction, and commissioning of a 1MW single axis, ground mounted solar photovoltaic (PV) array on approximately 4.5 acres of Tribal trust land at a former airstrip.
