The purpose of this EC revision is to add the Idaho National Laboratory Research Center as a location for conducting materials testing research and development activities related to Transient Reactor Test Facility Low-Enriched Uranium Fuel Conversion Project due to issues with laboratory space availability at the Materials and Fuels Complex and because needed equipment is available at the Idaho National Laboratory Research Center. Radioactive and nonradioactive samples of Low-Enriched Uranium and graphite will be studied at the Idaho National Laboratory Research Center as part of this revision.
