LM is responsible for historically significant sites, related to the Manhattan Project, the Cold War nuclear weapons complex, and the nation’s early atomic energy program. Listed below are LM sites that have associated listings on the National Register of Historic Places and sites that have associated structures recorded by the Historic American Engineering Record program in recognition of their importance in American history.
