For 30 years, the Environmental Restoration Disposal Facility has been a cornerstone of environmental cleanup at the Hanford Site, safely managing millions of tons of waste while supporting progress across one of the nation's largest cleanup missions. 🚛
Since opening in 1996, the facility has disposed of more than 19 million tons of low-level radioactive, hazardous and mixed waste, helping reduce environmental risks, and protect workers, the public and the Columbia River.
