Technology Manager for Cement and Concrete (Scientist/Engineer, GS-13)
This Technology Manager will serve as a subject matter expert and R&D program lead for the decarbonization of cement and concrete manufacturing. The Technology Manager will work with their supervisor to develop program goals and objectives and complete all assigned activities in support of the office’s mission to eliminate industrial greenhouse gas emissions. Cross-Sector Technologies Technology Manager (Scientist/Engineer, GS-14)
This Technology Manager will serve as a subject matter expert and R&D program lead for the decarbonization of industrial process heating including electrification and advanced utilization of low- and zero-carbon fuels, feedstocks, and energy sources. The Technology Manager will work with their supervisor to develop program goals and objectives and complete all assigned activities in support of the office’s mission to eliminate industrial greenhouse gas emissions. This Senior Technology Manager will serve as a subject matter expert to lead R&D programs to decarbonize the most energy- and emissions-intensive industries including steel, aluminum, and other metals.
