SUBJECT: Updated Acquisition Guide Chapter 50.1, Extraordinary Contractual Actions.
SUMMARY: Acquisition Guide Chapter 50.1, Extraordinary Contractual Actions, is re-issued with the following administrative updates:
• The FAR 50.102-1(b) dollar threshold is increased to $70,000.
• The "Work for Others" program is renamed the "Strategic Partnership Program."
• DOE organizational symbols are removed.
• The Model Documents are obsolete and therefore deleted.
