The U.S. Department of Energy is proposing to provide federal funding to Colorado School of Mines to formulate, validate and disseminate a new procedure based on Environmental X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy (EXPS) for the accelerated degradation testing of metal hybrid perovskite (MHP) PV materials. This project would be completed in a single budget period.
