DOE will grant an Emergency Order Pursuant to Section 202(c) of the Federal Power Act to continue operating Units 1 and 2 at the Yorktown Power Station. The Department has consulted with the EPA and reviewed emissions data provided by Dominion Energy Virginia. This Order authorizes Dominion Energy Virginia to operate Yorktown Units 1 and 2 only as needed and as determined by PJM that generation from those units is needed in order to address reliability needs.
