Western Area Power Administration (Western) proposes to replace an oil-filled power circuit breaker (PCB) in the Collbran Substation with a sulfur hexafluoride (SF6) breaker. The work will consist of removing the existing PCB, designated 362, and installing the new SF6 breaker. The project will also require the installation of control and monitoring cables.
