Jim Woodruff Proposed Rate Adjustment

Jim Woodruff System Proposed Rate Adjustment

The Southeastern Power Administration proposes to revise existing schedules of rates and charges applicable to the sale of power from the Jim Woodruff Project effective for a 5-year period, from October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2031.

A public information forum was held in-person and virtually at Florida Electric Cooperatives Association, 2916 Apalachee Parkway, Tallahassee, FL 32301, at 12:00 p.m. EDT on June 4, 2026.  Subsequently, an in-person and virtual public comment forum was scheduled for 1 p.m. EDT on July 7, 2026, at Southeastern Power Administration, 1166 Athens Tech Road, Elberton, Georgia 30635. The virtual public comment forum was opened for public participation at this time. Because no members of the public registered, attended in person, or joined the virtual session, the forum was concluded after a brief waiting period.
