On September 10, 2025, the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) Office of Enforcement notified Triad National Security, LLC and its subcontractor Trane Technologies, PLC, of its intent to investigate potential deficiencies in the implementation of DOE’s 10 C.F.R. Part 851 Worker Safety and Health Program requirements at the Los Alamos National Laboratory.
