There is a 30-day public comment period (Nov. 22 to Dec. 21, 2024) on an Explanation of Significant Differences (ESD) document that explains the need to expand hunting boundaries on the Idaho National Laboratory Site. The ESD applies to language in four Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act records of decision approved by the Department of Energy, Environmental Protection Agency, and state of Idaho.
