DOE/NNSA announced today that the John A. Gordon Albuquerque Complex Facility in Albuquerque, NM, has been awarded LEED Platinum certification by the U.S. Green Building Council, a significant milestone and a first for NNSA.

NNSA is pleased to announce that Amanda Tapia-Pittman has been named DOE’s Federal Project Manager of the Year for 2022.

NNSA completed an electrical and mechanical upgrade to one of its data centers at the Pantex Plant in Amarillo, Texas to improve its resilience.

The new John A. Gordon Albuquerque Complex is on track to achieve the U.S. Green Building Council’s Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Gold certification for new construction.
