Sapphire Gas Solutions (Sapphire) filed an application (Application) with the Office of Fossil Energy and Carbon Management (FECM) on June 10, 2024, pursuant to section 3 of the Natural Gas Act (NGA) and 10 CFR Part 590 of the Department of Energy's (DOE) regulations.
