This EA evaluates the environmental impacts of the proposed construction of the Linac Coherent Light Source at SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory, Menlo Park, California. After completing the EA and a finding of no significant impact for the proposed project, DOE modified the proposal and began a new EA process. See DOE/EA-1975.
