Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) issued a Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) based on the EA for the Big Eddy-Ostrander Conductor Replacement Project (DOE/EA-2287), which assesses the potential environmental impacts of BPA's proposed actions which would replace the conductors and hardware on the Big Eddy-Ostrander transmission line, increase the heights of 65 transmission structures, and upgrade the access road system that allows BPA access to the line.
