Based on DOE/EA-1350, DOE issued a finding of no significant impact for the proposed construction and operation, at Naval Petroleum Reserve Number 3 (Teapot Dome), of a subterranean oil production facility with radiating horizontal wells, and the related reclamation and restoration of the site.
