Bonneville Power Administration proposes to construct a new substation called Quenett Creek Substation in The Dalles, Oregon. The new substation is required to accommodate Northern Wasco County Public Utility District’s interconnection request for 300 megawatts of power to meet increased load demand in the area and to serve a new customer owned data center.
