Bonneville Power Administration is proposing to improve about a mile of existing access road along the Olympia-Grand Coulee No. 1 Transmission Line. The access roads, which provide access to mile 193 to mile 194 of the line, has deep ruts from washouts and is a safety issue. Work on the access roads will include blading and grading the road, and removal of sage brush that is growing over onto the road. All road work will be limited to the existing road prism and road width. The project is located in Township 24 North, Range 27 East, Sections 8, 9, 17 in Douglas County, Washington.
