Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) proposes to conduct an inspection, repair, and treatment project at three steel lattice structure sites on three different transmission lines. The towers are structure 22/2 of the Bonneville PH1-Alcoa # 2 transmission line, structure 6/8 of the Cardwell-Cowlitz #1 line, and structure 1/5 of the Columbia - Ellensburg #1 line.
