The Department of Energy (DOE) is proposing to provide federal funding to Norfolk State University for a research and development project to be completed on campus. DOE and cost share funds would support the Principle Investigator, a graduate student, procurement of new lab equipment, lab supplies, computer hardware and software, and other materials in support of the research project.
