Bonneville Power Administration proposes to rebuild and/or repair an existing access road and right-of-way road that provides access to the Ostrander-Troutdale Number 1 transmission line and right-of-way access for motile sites between mile/structure 10/1 to 17/3 and one site on the Big Eddy-Troutdale 63/1 ? 63/2 line. Ostrander-Troutdale Number 1 transmission line access road maintenance including grading and rocking of road surfaces and installation of water bars and cross drain culverts.
