EDF staff will be representing the Office at the 10th Annual National Clean Energy Week (NECW 2026). National Clean Energy Week is an annual week-long celebration of clean energy innovation with conversations to help solve the world’s most pressing challenges in nuclear, solar, wind, wave, hydropower, geothermal, natural gas, biomass, carbon capture, storage and waste-to-energy technologies.

Specifically, EDF Senior Advisor Jeffrey McClure will be speaking on a panel entitled "Financing the Future: Deploying Capital at Scale" at 1:45 pm on Wednesday, September 16.  The panel will focus on what policymakers and industry can do to encourage the flow of private capital into American energy, at the scale the moment demands, and how to reduce the gap between investor interest and project execution while encouraging the conditions that keep projects financeable.
