The Montana Department of Environmental Quality is proposing to award Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant American Recovery and Reinvestment Act funding to Robert Petty to install a micro-hydro power system, solar thermal hot water system, insulation, and new windows at his residence. All actions for the proposed project will occur on Mr. Petty's property.
