The project involves the repair or replacement of facility heating system pumps, fans, control systems, and piping at several locations on campus; adding a thermal access port to each facility system for potential future renewable energy hookups; and adding digital/programmable software-based controls at the facilities to allow for remote adjustment and monitoring.
