Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant (EECBG) funds. The State of Alabama Department of Economic and Community Affairs would fund two methane capture and reduction projects within the state. The projects would consist of the following: Landfill Gas Recovery Project and Southeastern Cheese Corporation Waste Water Treatment-Methane Recovery System.
