Oregon's Department of Energy would use United States Department of Energy funding for the following activities in public buildings: energy-efficient heating, ventilating, and air-conditioning systems; energy-efficient lighting systems; energy-efficient refrigeration equipment; premium efficient motors; energy-efficient windows and doors; insulation; weather stripping and sealing; duct testing and sealing; energy efficient water heating systems; installation of small biomass boiler systems; installation of small solar photovoltaic systems; installation of small solar thermal systems; installation of ground source heat pumps; energy-efficient retro-commissioning; and energy-efficient appliances.
