The Department issued a Notice of Issues for Public Comment (NIPC) announcing the availability of the comments received in response to the Request for Information and a market analysis prepared for the Department. The notice provided a summary of information that DOE used in the decision-making process for a potential Secretarial Determination. The NIPC established a deadline of April 10, 2017 for the submission of written comments.
