The Office of Fossil Energy and Carbon Management gives notice of receipt of an Application filed November 14, 2025 by Texas Pipeline Exports, LLC requesting long-term authorization to export natural gas to Mexico in a volume amount up to a total of 18.9627 billion cubic feet (Bcf) for a period of about 5 years, extending through December 31, 2030. No Federal Register Notice will be issued.
