Frank Salomone serves as Director of Small Business within the U.S. Department of Energy’s (DOE) Office of Technology Commercialization (OTC). Prior to joining DOE, he served as the Associate Administrator of the Office of Investment and Innovation at the U.S. Small Business Administration.
Frank brings extensive experience in finance, investment management, and innovation. He has advised pension funds, endowments, and foundations at Segal Marco Advisors, an investment consulting firm, as well as Verizon Investment Management Corporation and Standard & Poor’s Structured Finance Ratings division. His background also includes serving as an Adjunct Professor of Finance at Iona University.
Frank holds both a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration from Iona University.
