Nita is the Operations Director for the Office of Policy (OP) Office of Operations that oversees and implements OP-wide programs, including human resource management, strategic workforce planning, administrative operations, continuity, security, budget, financial, and acquisition programs. programmatic, financial and administrative management activities for OP; and serves as a Chief Advisor to OP Director, Principal Deputy Director and other senior officials on operations cross-cutting policies, initiatives and activities.
Nita has held several leadership and professional positions in DOE domestic and international resource and financial management organizations.
Nita holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Maryland University College in College Park, Maryland.
