On July 27, 2026, the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) Office of Enforcement issued an Enforcement Letter to Triad National Security, LLC, (WEL-2026-01) for deficiencies in implementing DOE’s 10 C.F.R. Part 851 Worker Safety and Health Program requirements relating to a worker injury that occurred during a material handling operation involving a telehandler and hopper attachment at Los Alamos National Laboratory.
