Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) prepared a Mitigation Action Plan (MAP) for the Big Eddy-Ostrander Conductor Replacement Project (DOE/EA-2287) to mitigate the potential adverse impacts of BPA's proposed action to replace about 67-line miles of conductor and associated hardware in Clackamas, Hood River and Wasco counties, Oregon.
