The Federal Energy Management Program (FEMP) held its first annual Award Winning Champions Shared Lessons Learned Forum the morning of October 23, 2018, just prior to the 2018 Federal Energy and Water Management Awards ceremony. The event provided an informal discussion forum to facilitate information sharing and networking between the 2018 award winners and FEMP staff.
The forum included grouping winners together at tables with FEMP staff leading and guiding the discussions and allowing equal opportunity for all winners to share their experiences and obtain feedback from others. All participants could ask questions, offer potential solutions, and document salient project and program details, processes, achievements, barriers, recommendations, and lessons learned.
