This EA evaluates the environmental impacts of a proposal to design, construct, and operate a 2-foot diameter, 50-foot high pressurized fluidization with particular emphasis on operation in the circulating mode at the U.S. Department of Energy's Morgantown Energy Technology Center in West Virginia.
