Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant Program. The County Building was built in 1854 and serves at the hub of many activities for the residents of the County. The facility has an air cooling system for the Superior Courtroom. This room is cooled by one unit and it needs more efficient controls. At this time we are unable to control the temperature of this room. This project will replace controls that are over 50 years old. This will result in savings of energy and will reduce carbon dioxide emissions.
