SUBJECT: Management & Operating Subcontract Reporting Capability (MOSRC)
and Special H Clause
SUMMARY: Attached is the updated policy for MOSRC reflecting the permanent operational status of MOSRC. Furthermore, the attached Acquisition Letter (AL) includes a new clause for inclusion in M&O contracts reflecting the same. This clause shall be incorporated into new M&O contracts in accordance with its prescription, as of the date of issuance of the AL.
