The existing manifold building will be moved off site. A backhoe will be used to dig up the manifold piping, after all possible fluids have been sucked out. Wells 88-AX-28, 17 -STX-27 and 18-STX-27 will be tied directly into the tank. The remaining pipes will be cut off at the lowest point.
