To achieve our mission objectives, the Office of Research, Development, Test and Evaluation annually invests resources in university-based programs under the Stewardship Science Academic Programs (SSAP). The SSAP funds research and development across the nation in investigations of relevance to the Stockpile Stewardship Program and invests in the training of the next generation of highly skilled individuals for the nation’s national security needs.
