This environmental impact statement (EIS) has been prepared by the United States Department of Energy (DOE), in compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 (NEPA) as amended (42 USC 4321 et seq.), to evaluate the potential environmental impacts associated with the construction and demonstration of a 98-megawatt (MWe) net power plant and cement manufacturing facility (the “Co-Production Facility”).
