The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) amended the Notice of Availability (NOA) for Department of Energy's (DOE) Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for North Plains Connector Project (DOE/EIS-0568). Revision made to the Federal Register (FR) Notice published on September 8, 2026, included the removal of the Maritime Administration (MARAD) as Co-lead Agency.
