The Bonneville Power Administration prepared a Mitigation Action Plan for Federal Support for the Phase 2 Implementation Plan: Testing Feasibility of Salmon Reintroduction in the Upper Columbia River Basin (DOE/EA-2250) to mitigate potential environmental impacts of testing the feasibility of restoring salmon in the Upper Columbia River Basin upstream of Chief Joseph, Grand Coulee, and Spokane River dams.
