The Bonneville Power Administration issued a Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) based on the environmental assessment (EA) for Federal Support for the Phase 2 Implementation Plan: Testing Feasibility of Salmon Reintroduction in the Upper Columbia River Basin (DOE/EA-2250). This EA assesses the potential environmental impacts of federal actions such as providing federal funding to support a proposal brought forward by the Confederated Tribes of the Colville Reservation, Spokane Tribe of Indians, and Coeur d’Alene Tribe, through and with the assistance of the Upper Columbia United Tribes.
