Parker-Blythe #2 (PAD-BLY#2) Transmission Line Rebuild; San Bernardino and Riverside Counties, California

WAPA is conducting scoping for reconstruction of the PAD-BLY#2 transmission line within its existing 100-foot-wide right-of-way (ROW) to improve overall system reliability and safety and to better meet future transmission needs.
