DOE issued a final EA for Atmospheric Radiation Measurement (ARM) Program: Southern Great Plains Cloud Arid Radiation Testbed (CART) (DOE/EA-0680), which assesses and addresses potential environmental impacts associated with siting, construction, and operation of research facilities of the ARM continental U.S. site.
