The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) has executed a lease agreement with Brookfield Artificial Intelligence Infrastructure General Partner LLC to lease approximately 785 acres of real property (Parcel B) at the Paducah Gaseous Diffusion Plant (PGDP). Under the conditions of the lease, Brookfield Artificial Intelligence Infrastructure General Partner LLC will perform a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA), which will be conducted per the ASTM E1527-21 Standard for Phase I ESA. This assessment will comprise a records review and a non-intrusive on-site reconnaissance visit.
